RSAC welcomes Kylie Wright-Ford as CEO

Posted on by Linda Gray Martin

Since RSA Conference became a stand-alone company earlier this year, the Conference team has been busy hosting the June 2022 event and planning for RSA Conference 2023. All the while, the investors at Crosspoint Capital Partners, Clearlake Capital Group, and Symphony Technology Group have been strategically planning the corporate structure of RSA Conference, LLC (“RSAC”). Toward that end, we are thrilled to announce that  Kylie Wright-Ford has joined the company as Chief Executive Officer

Before joining RSAC, Kylie served as the CEO of The RepTrak Company, the market leader in reputation measurement and management. At RepTrak, Kylie became one of the leading experts on corporate reputation by working with companies managing risk and building trust, which led to Kylie’s interest in the field of cybersecurity. Prior to that, she was Chief Operating and Strategy Officer for executive community platform World 50. Prior to World 50, she led global operations at New York-based Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG).

As CEO, Kylie will build upon the success of RSAC with the Cyber Hub and expand the business and further create an ecosystem that puts RSAC at the center of the cybersecurity industry with breakthrough events, content, digital communities, training, and other facets. Kylie will leverage her experience building live events and digital platforms that enable business professionals to learn, exchange ideas and develop their careers.

Over the past 31 years, RSA Conference has built a global network of cybersecurity professionals, establishing our annual event as the place Where the world talks security. I assure you, this will not change. I’m equally excited to let you know that the RSA Conference management team will remain the same. I will continue to lead RSA Conference as Vice President, and Kylie will lead the charge of expanding the business of RSAC.

RSA Conference is committed to bringing our cybersecurity community together in-person again in April 2023. We will continue to offer an OnDemand Pass for those who can’t attend in-person so they can continue their cybersecurity learning. RSA Conference will continue to work with the cybersecurity ecosystem to share their voices and expertise to assist cyber professionals in their day-to-day jobs via our year-round RSAC 365 program.
